 Jimmy Donaldson (born May 7, 1998) popularly referred to as MrBeast is an American YouTube star, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. He is famous for creating YouTube videos with extravagant stunts. His main YouTube channel, "MrBeast", is the fifth-most-subscribed on the platform. Donaldson uploaded his videos to YouTube at the age of 13, and he used the username "MrBeast6000". He started out posting Let's Plays and "videos that estimate how rich other YouTubers were" content. He became famous in 2017 when his "Counting To 100,000" video racked up tens to thousands of views in just a few days. After his channel exploded, Donaldson hired several of his childhood friends to run the growing business. MrBeast was the primary YouTube channel of Donaldson which had 60 members.
