Jacques Bermon Webster II, born April 30, 1991, is better popularly known as Travis Scott (previously Travi$ Scott), the American artist, singer, and songwriter. The stage name he uses is a mixture of the name of his favorite uncle as well as the name of Kid Cudi (whose real names are Scott Mescudi and Scott Mescudi) and it is his first major label deal with Epic Records. Scott also signed a publishing agreement with Kanye West's GOOD Music. He signed a joint recording contract with Epic Records and T.I. in April of 2013. The's Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's first project of full length, Owl Pharaoh (mixtape), was self-released in 2013. In 2013 Scott released the mixtape on his own Owl Phaoh. A follow-up mixtape called Days Before Rodeo was released in 2014. Rodeo (2015) Rodeo (2015), his first studio album was the first album to feature the smash single "Antidote". His second album Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was the first Billboard 200 number one album. Scott's second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was a collaboration with Quavo. The album was called Huncho Jack Huncho and featured his first Billboard Hot 100 single, "Sicko Mode" which featured Drake. Scott's compilation album JackBoys was released by Cactus Jack Records in late 2019. It topped the Billboard 200. Following his hit single "Franchise" featuring Young Thug and M.I.A., Scott was successful in releasing the compilation album JackBoys. Scott was the first artist to reach first place on the Hot 100 with three songs in less than a year.
